Laisa is a società tra avvocati incorporated as a società per azioni (joint-stock company), with a Board of Directors composed of seven members. The current members are Giovanni Lombardi (Chair), Enzo Schiavello (Managing Director), Andrea Giannelli, Valentina Masi, Pierluigi Federici, Emanuele Inguaggiato, and Francesca Galli. The Managing Director is vested with the broadest powers for the ordinary management of the company.

Laisa has appointed an internal committee with a coordinating function and without decision-making powers, which serves as the initial forum for discussing the company’s main organisational and operational matters. The committee gathers information, ideas, proposals, analyses, and reflections from its members regarding Laisa’s policies and projects. In addition to the Managing Director, the current members of this committee are Giovanni Beltrami (Head of Operations) and partners Giacinto Di Donato, Pierluigi Federici, Emanuele Inguaggiato, and Valentina Masi.

Internal discussions help to guide individuals’ activities towards a common vision taking into account the managerial approach set out by the Managing Director and to prepare managerial decisions to be taken by the Board of Directors and the Managing Director.

Dedicated working groups are also formed for specific projects, on occasions they include board members or senior professionals from Laisa.
